TytoCare engaged our design studio to enhance the packaging and case design for their Telehealth kit. TytoCare, a cutting-edge medical device, enables doctors to obtain accurate patient information from the comfort of their homes. Despite the convenience of avoiding a trip to the doctor’s office, TytoCare faced challenges with their existing packaging. Firstly, there was a low activation rate among customers who purchased the device, and the case design failed to deliver an exceptional at-home experience. Secondly, fulfilling international orders was a challenge as each country required a separate instruction manual and Quickstart guide.
